Can I try MioSalon before I buy it?

Yes, you can sign up for free and get a 15 days free trial period before you make a decision to purchase MioSalon.

How does the 15-days free trial works?

In free trial, you can access all the features and also will get 50 SMS credits with 2 staff. After the 15 day trial period, you will be automatically moved to Freemium plan.

May I know more about your "Freemium" plan?

In Freemium plan you can book appointments, raise invoice and add up to 2 staffs. You can be in Freemium plan as long as you wish and can upgrade anytime!

Is there any additional annual maintenance fee?

Absoultely no! We don't charge any annual maintenance fee and there are no hidden charges.

Do you charge for support & training additionally?

No, there are no additional charges for support & training, we are always happy to help you use MioSalon.

How does pricing work for multiple locations?

Each location is considered as a separate branch in your business network. Our pricing is per branch - per month or per branch - per year.

How can I get addtional SMS if I need?

You can recharge SMS whenever there is a need. You can do the SMS recharge in My Account > SMS Recharge.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept payments via Debit/Credit card Visa, Master Card, net banking and wallets of PayZapp, Mobiwik and PayUMoney.

What more I will get with the monthly software subscription?

Unlimited support and training, free maintenance releases, and free major version updates are all included with your monthly subscription.

Are you giving any discount if I pay for an year upfront?

Yes, once you choose a yearly subscription plan you will get 2 months of free usage. 10 months paid + 2 months free, so totally 12 months of usage.
